Spray paint shop:
The total area is 2,000 square meters, with 40 technicians. The production line is worth 5 million yuan. It adopts a 6S workshop management model. It takes 4 days from cleaning and oxidation to final packaging. The product qualification rate reaches 99%, and the monthly production capacity reaches 1,000 tons.
Assembly workshop:
The total area is 11,000 square meters, with 80 technical staff and standardized production technology. From assembling the frame, installing the sealing strips, installing the glass panels to secure the glass, to testing and commissioning, the entire process only takes one day. The product qualification rate reaches 99%, and the monthly production capacity reaches 125 sets of skylights.
Packaging workshop:
The total area is 9,000 square meters, which can accommodate more than 1,500 sets of products at the same time. Equipped with 2 large transport equipment, supporting simultaneous loading and unloading to ensure efficient logistics. The workshop has 45 technicians, 1 large lifting equipment, and 3 professional trucks to ensure the smooth progress of the packaging and transportation process and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
Glass factory:
It has an 8,000-square-meter production workshop and professional independent manufacturing capabilities. Its products include LOW-E glass, insulated glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, etc., from cutting to polishing the original glass, and then producing different types according to different customer needs. The products have corresponding industrial production lines, and the factory has its own factory to strictly control product quality.
Motor workshop :
The motor workshop has a total area of 4,000 ㎡, is staffed by 18 professional technicians, and has a number of national patent technology certifications. The motors produced in the workshop use a self-developed high-precision machined specially designed gear reduction mechanism, which has excellent meshing quality and extremely quiet working principle. Its design can not only perfectly adapt to smart doors and windows such as electric up and down opening windows and mobile sun rooms, but also can operate stably in various extremely harsh environments.
Testing center:
We are proud to be the first laboratory in Hong Kong specializing in independent quality assurance and testing services for curtain wall and fire protection systems and building fire protection materials. Our team is led by experts in the field, with PhDs in civil, structural or mechanical engineering and many years of experience in advanced building structural and fire protection engineering testing.
