To create an intelligent skylight system that can withstand extreme weather and create a comfortable transitional space. Key requirements included waterproofing to cope with an annual rainfall of 2,400mm, blocking strong UV rays, realizing more than 75% of the opening area, maintaining the architectural unity of the villa complex, and supporting intelligent remote control.

Design solution:
- Adopting a design that can be continuously installed, the main beam of the frame can form a support beam, which facilitates the continuous installation of multiple panels and is suitable for connecting holes of different sizes.
- EPDM rubber strips and the built-in triple water-conducting structure provide all-around protection for the skylight, which effectively prevents rainwater from seeping in.
- Configuration of aviation-grade 6063-T5 aluminum profiles with surface spraying treatment, and 6mm+1. 14PVB +6mm toughened laminated glass to ensure durability in high humidity environments.
- Intelligent control system supports intelligent control of cell phones and other devices, and is equipped with a rain sensor that automatically closes the sunroof when it rains.
Project results:
