On the third floor rooftop terrace of a commercial area in Saudi Arabia (height of 21 meters), we successfully created an electric sunroom restaurant with both aesthetics and functionality. Facing the extreme heat of more than 40℃, strong wind and sandy environment, and the challenge of constructing at a height of 21 meters, we customized the perfect solution for the owner.

Client need:
Build a budget-friendly sunroom dining room that requires 80%+ insulation efficiency, features a curved corner design for dual-mode power/manual opening and closing, and integrates safety rails and easy daily maintenance.

For the installation space of 32m×8m×8m and the limited construction conditions, our design program has fully considered every detail.

Design proposal:
1. The project adopts innovative three-section modular structure, and the main body is made of 80×160×6mm high-strength aluminum alloy frame with 15mm thickened articulated steel plate to ensure stability.
2. The specially configured 6mm+0.76pvb+6mm lowe glass, together with the blue reflective glass film, makes the actual heat insulation efficiency reach 85%, and the ultraviolet ray blocking rate exceeds 90%.
3. The external rack and pinion motor system realizes the double guarantee of intelligent electric control and manual emergency, and the built-in invisible guardrail and interlocking sealing rubber strips perfectly take care of the security and anti-dust demand.
4. Considering that the finished product exceeds the size of the container, it is disassembled and shipped during transportation..

Result:
The indoor temperature is reduced by 10-12°C, energy consumption is reduced by 30%, maintenance costs are reduced by 40%, and cleaning frequency is reduced by 50%.
